Brushing the teeth is not rocket science. It’s simple and effortless. However, it comes with own set of rules to follow. And those who do get the best results for their teeth and gums. Not all however go the right way and this is where the mistake is made.

DON’Ts with brushing your teeth

  • You should avoid aggressive brushing as this impacts the tooth enamel and weakens the dental structure in the long run
